I bring over a decade of experience in internal communications, with a particular focus on consulting and professional services. I’ve worked with senior leaders to translate business strategy into clear, engaging messages that resonate across global teams. Whether it’s launching new initiatives, managing change, or improving employee engagement, I understand how to align communications with business goals while maintaining a human, authentic tone.
My approach is both strategic and hands-on. I’ve developed communications plans for major transformation programmes, written leadership messaging, supported internal campaigns, and worked closely with HR and marketing teams to deliver joined-up communications. I understand the dynamics of matrixed organisations and the need to communicate across time zones, cultures and channels. From global town halls to team briefings to onboarding content, I know how to make internal messages land — and stick.
As a qualified coach, I bring a unique edge to internal communications. I help leaders communicate more effectively by being more self-aware, clear and connected to their audience. I also offer a mental fitness programme that strengthens emotional intelligence, focus and resilience — key ingredients for collaboration, especially in fast-paced global teams. This combination of communication expertise and coaching insight means I can support not just what is said — but how it’s said, and how it’s received.
